This boat, the last in the production line of 1961 with the hull # 179, has a rich and interesting history, from a Norwegian viewpoint. Originally bought at the Norwegian Boat Show that year by a Norwegian, it is the only Riva that has remained in Norway from the time it was new.
Although it har been restored a number of times, the boat remains completely original apart from the engines beeing changed from Chrysler M80 to 225 LM in 1975.
The last restoration beeing undertaken in the spring of 2005, when pressed for a comment, the owner must admit his great pride and joy, both of the boat and how the restoration turned out..
Now, owned by Torbjørn Skjøren, the boat is a well known sight in the Oslofjord throughout the summer...
